Learn the shift loop before you memorize a map. The factory is not a single fixed route in the sources we have.
The tutorial beats below are from the Fandom tutorial article and the IGN and Inven previews. I have not confirmed each beat on a current Early Access client.
What those sources describe
The wiki tutorial walks through Glowby, Barry, ping beacons, healing stations, body-part pickups, climbing, throwing, a Boogie Bot stunned from behind, a Wack-a-Wuggy basketball, and an elevator. Treat that as a preview-era tutorial, which can change in a patch.
IGN’s October 1 preview describes a four-slot pack, shifts, a quota, glowsticks, and an airhorn, with no direct combat. Game8’s October 23 Early Access review says the quota rises and that Barry does not revive you.
Stay quiet, spend items on the small toys named on the enemies page, and extract when the quota is met. A full room order is intentionally not here.
