Languages and Dubbing
Steam lists ten interface and subtitle languages. The full audio track is English only. This page does not invent a settings click-path.
I copied the language list from the Steam app details and checked Valve’s language-setting instructions. The general Steam path is documented; Escape from Playtime’s own settings remain untested.
Change the language in Steam
Valve’s general steps are: open Library, right-click Escape from Playtime, choose Properties, open Language, and select a supported option. Steam may download language files before launch.
This is Steam’s general procedure, not a verified screenshot of this game’s settings. Third-party games can also have their own language controls. If the Steam Language tab does not change the menu, check the game’s settings; the exact in-game path and restart behavior have not been verified.

Questions
Is there a PT-BR dub?
No. Portuguese - Brazil is text. Full audio is English.
How do I change the menu language?
Valve’s standard Steam steps are Library > right-click the game > Properties > Language. Escape from Playtime’s in-game controls have not been tested, so use its own settings if the Steam option does not change the menu.
