Privacy Policy
Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra load on the first page view. Reject stops GA4 analytics, Clarity session replay and Adsterra ads for 180 days.
This policy describes the scripts that actually ship with the site. If a vendor is added or removed, this page changes in the same update.
What loads, and when
The site loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-QMZJYFT7R8), Microsoft Clarity (project z291k2pnql), and Adsterra (Native Banner unit 31884154 and Social Bar unit 31884155) as soon as a page opens. They load by default for visitors who have not made a choice yet. The cookie banner is a notice and a withdrawal control, not a gate: it still appears on the first view, with Allow and Reject buttons.
Observed third-party request hosts include www.googletagmanager.com and www.google-analytics.com (GA4), www.clarity.ms, scripts.clarity.ms and e.clarity.ms (Clarity), and bicea.org (Adsterra delivery). Vendors may use additional service subdomains while loading their scripts.
Reject stops Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity session replay and Adsterra ads, and stores that choice for 180 days. Allow keeps all three on for 180 days. The Cookie settings button in the footer reopens the banner. Global Privacy Control (GPC) suppresses all three.
YouTube links on the pages are ordinary links. No YouTube player is embedded, so YouTube does not load until you follow a link. There is no traffic-mesh banner SDK and no other third-party script on the site.
Legal basis and your choice
The banner describes which services load by default and offers an immediate Reject for GA4 analytics, Clarity session replay and Adsterra advertising. You can change that choice at any time with Reject, or reopen the banner with Cookie settings.
The site has no account system, no checkout, and no sale of personal data. You can also block these scripts in your browser; the guide remains readable.
Cookies and localStorage keys
First-party storage on escapefromplaytime.net: efp-consent (localStorage, 180 days) stores your Allow or Reject choice; efp-socialbar-closed (localStorage, 180 days) stores that you closed the Adsterra Social Bar. Neither is a cookie.
Google Analytics 4 may use _ga and _ga_QMZJYFT7R8 to distinguish browsers and sessions. Cookie expiry and event retention depend on the property and browser settings; this policy does not claim a retention setting that has not been checked.
Microsoft Clarity may use cookies such as _clck and _clsk for session measurement. Browser restrictions and visitor choices affect which cookies are present. For the current provider policy, see https://clarity.microsoft.com/terms.
Adsterra and its delivery host bicea.org may use advertising identifiers and third-party storage. The selected ad and browser restrictions affect the exact cookie names and lifetimes. This site does not publish an invented inventory of cookies inside cross-origin ads; consult https://adsterra.com/privacy-policy/ for the provider’s current policy.
Personalized advertising and opt-out
Adsterra may personalize the ads it shows. You can object through the Adsterra privacy policy at https://adsterra.com/privacy-policy/, the Google Ads Settings page at https://adssettings.google.com/, YourAdChoices at https://optout.aboutads.info/, the Network Advertising Initiative at https://optout.networkadvertising.org/, and the Microsoft privacy dashboard at https://privacy.microsoft.com/. Reject on this site stops Adsterra here for 180 days.
The Adsterra Social Bar is a fixed bar at the bottom of the page. It is constrained to the viewport width, the body reserves space for it, and its close button stores efp-socialbar-closed for 180 days so it does not return on the next refresh.
Email and retention
If you email [email protected], the message is used to correct the guide or handle a removal request. It is not sold. Messages are kept only as long as needed for that request. Server access logs, if the host keeps them, are the host logs and are kept for a short operational period.

Questions
How do I refuse ads and analytics?
Choose Reject on the banner, or reopen it with Cookie settings in the footer. The refusal lasts 180 days on this browser and prevents the GA4, Clarity session-replay and Adsterra ad scripts from loading.
Is anything loaded only after I accept?
No. The site does not wait for an Accept click. GA4 analytics, Clarity session replay, and Adsterra ads load by default. Reject is the off switch for all three.
Do you sell personal data?
No. The site has no account system, no checkout, and no data sale. Advertising is delivered by Adsterra under its own policy.
