Fortnite Map Codes Are Not Game Codes
Two Fortnite codes get pasted into Steam threads. Neither one redeems Escape from Playtime on Steam.
I separated a GameRant report on Mob’s Escape Trials island from the fortnite.gg page for a fan island. The strings are not interchangeable.
The two strings
GameRant reported Poppy Playtime: Escape Trials, made by Mob in UEFN, with island code 7441-2135-1198 and a cap of 4 players. Epic’s logo on a Fortnite map is not an endorsement note this guide can upgrade into a partnership claim; the article treats it as a UEFN island.
fortnite.gg lists a fan island named ESCAPE FROM PLAYTIME by KINGTSK, code 2820-2367-0286, published September 1, 2026. That code starts a Fortnite map. It does not add a CatNap skin in Steam.

Questions
Can I redeem 2820-2367-0286 in Steam?
No. Steam has no public redeem list, and this string is a Fortnite island code.
Where do real item codes go?
On the codes page. The only official one described so far comes with the Midnight CatNap plush.
