Who Is the Voice?
Players answer a Voice on the factory PA. Official pages do not give that speaker a name. This page does not invent one.
I stopped at the credit and the role. Full radio scripts are copyrighted dialogue, so this guide does not transcribe them.
What is sourced
The store description and launch material frame the job as collecting parts for the Voice. Fandom’s Voice article says the identity is unknown, credits the performance to Valentín Fernández, and says the Voice speaks over the PA and toy radios and can change the factory layout.
Those layout changes are why walkthroughs that assume one fixed map go stale. If Mob names the character later, the sources page should record the date.
